This cell suspension can be used as a control for TdT flow cytometric determinations. The control cell suspension contains a mixture of approximately 50% TdT⁺ and 50% TdT⁻ cells at a concentration of 2 x 10⁷ cells/mL (1.0 mL, ~20 tests) in a convenient dropper bottle. Our stabilized cell suspension has a shelf life of about 3 months after preparation when stored at 4°C.

Control cells can be used for setting the threshold and gating in flow cytometry studies and for training technicians in performing and evaluating TdT flow cytometry experiments.
