Secondary Antibodies

40X imaging of lymphoblastoid REH cells (TdT⁺) and RA-1 cells (TdT⁻) treated with Cat# 008, FITC:IgG.

008 FITC:Goat anti-Rabbit IgG

F(ab’) Preparation

A reagent that is immunoaffinity purified (human serum absorbed) and high-titer which makes it useful for any cytochemical procedure requiring low-background detection of rabbit IgG primary reagents.

This product is supplied as concentrates at 100 – 500 µg per mL in PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide as preservative. Activity of the product is maintained for at least 1 year when stored at -20°C. Appropriate dilutions for specific applications must be determined by the individual investigator. For indirect immunofluorescence tests on slides we suggest using this reagent at 10 fold dilution in PBS containing 1% BSA. A one (1) ml vial will provide enough reagent for 500 test slides.

Typical Uses:

Intermediate density lipoprotein (idI) immunofluorescence when combined with Cat. #004 or other primary rabbit IgG reagents.

40X imaging of lymphoblastoid REH cells (TdT⁺) and RA-1 cells (TdT⁻) treated with Cat# 5200.

5200 FITC:Goat anti-Mouse IgG

A reagent that is immunoaffinity purified (human serum absorbed) and high-titer which makes it useful for any cytochemical procedure requiring low-background detection of rabbit IgG primary reagents.

This product is supplied as concentrates at 200-500 µg per mL in PBS containing 1% BSA and traces of sodium azide. Appropriate dilutions for specific applications must be determined by the individual investigator. For indirect immunofluorescence tests on slides we suggest using this reagent at 10 fold dilution in PBS containing 1% BSA. A one (1) ml vial should provide enough reagent for 500 test slides. Recommended storage temperature is -20°C.

Typical Uses:

Intermediate density lipoprotein (idI) immunofluorescence when combined with Cat. #004 or other primary rabbit IgG reagents.

Supertechs Fixation and Permeabilization

Supertechs’ Fix and Perm Set includes two solutions used for blood cell preparation prior to flow cytometric analysis – Solution A contains a soft fixing agent whereas Solution B permeabilizes the cells for reagent staining. The set aids in flow cytometry detection of Terminal deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT). TdT is a labile nuclear antigen. When the fixation technique is too strong, the staining of TdT becomes weaker in flow cytometry. Supertechs’ F and P Solutions allow a gentle fixation and permeabilization procedure to allow better detection of TdT⁺ cells by flow cytometry.

1001 Fix and Perm Solutions – I (50 tests)

Includes fixation solution and a blocking buffer solution with permeabilization media for 50 tests. 1 x 10⁶ cells/test

Staining of Supertechs Cat# 9500 control cell suspension using Supertechs Fix and Perm Solutions and Supertechs Cat# 6600 at 20X magnification.

1002 Fix and Perm Solutions – II (200 tests)

Includes fixation solution and a blocking buffer solution with permeabilization media for 200 tests. 1 x 10⁶ cells/test
