6100 FITC:Mouse anti-Human TdT Mix

Direct Conjugate

A mixture of mouse monoclonal anti-human TdT IgGs directly conjugated to FITC. The solution provides rapid staining of fixed and permeabilized cells for multicolor flow cytometry studies. Flow cytometric analysis of blood cells using this reagent allows for the evaluation of TdT expression and the concomitant presentation of cell surface markers indicative of a disease.

The product is Protein A purified and prepared at a concentration of 50 µg per mL in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. It can be used at a 1:10 dilution with Supertechs Cat# 9500 control cell suspension.

6600 FITC:Mouse anti-Human TdT-6

Direct Conjugate

A single mouse monoclonal anti-human TdT IgG directly conjugated to FITC. The solution provides rapid staining of fixed and permeabilized cells for multicolor flow cytometry studies. 004 Rabbit anti-Calf TdT

Immunoaffinity Purified

An immunoaffinity purified reagent known to react with TdT from cows, humans, rats, mice, guinea pigs, cats, and chickens. This product is obtained from rabbit serum after immunization with pure TdT antigen and subsequent chromatography on TdT columns.

The rabbit anti-calf TdT is supplied at 100 – 200 µg IgG per mL in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Appropriate dilutions for specific applications must be determined by the individual investigator. For indirect immunofluorescence tests on slides, we suggest using this reagent at 10 fold dilution in PBS containing 1% BSA. A one (1) mL vial will provide enough reagent for 500 slide tests. Activity of the product is maintained for at least one year when stored at 20°C.

005 Rabbit anti-Human TdT

Immunoaffinity Purified

Immunoperoxidase staining of lymphoblastoid REH cells (TdT⁺) and RA-1 cells (TdT⁻) using Supertechs Cat# 0479 immunoperoxidase solutions. TdT⁺ cells are seen as a red-brown color whereas TdT⁻ cells are seen as a light-blue color.

0479 TdT-Immunoperoxidase reagents

A set of solutions used for peroxidase:anti-peroxidase procedures allowing bright-field microscopy illumination of TdT positive cells. The fact that test slides treated with 0479 can be stored for a longer period and at room temperature is an advantage of this set. 0479 contains ready-to-use antibody reagents (including a negative control), amino-ethyl-carbazole substrate, counterstain, and mounting medium.

Immunofluorescence staining of lymphoblastoid REH cells (TdT⁺) and RA-1 cells (TdT⁻) using Supertechs Cat# 0480 immunofluorescence solutions. TdT⁺ cells are visualized by green fluorescence.

A set of solutions used for indirect immunofluorescence procedure that allows for illumination of TdT⁺ cells by combined fluorescence and phase-contrast microscopy. All immunological reagents in the set are provided in ready-to-use form (including a negative control).

5100 Mouse Monoclonal anti-Human TdT

An immunoaffinity purified reagent consisting of four pure mouse monoclonal IgGs containing 2 IgG₁s and 2 IgG₂ₐs in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. The mixture provides enough sensitivity for use in indirect immunofluorescence procedure using clean fluorescent conjugates as the second reagent. The specificity of the monoclonals for human TdT limits the best use of this reagent to detection of TdT in human tissue specimens, such as bone marrow and blood lymphocyte preparations. The mixture contains about 50 µg of mouse IgG per mL. Appropriate dilutions for specific applications must be determined by the individual investigator. For indirect immunofluorescence on test slides, we suggest using this reagent at 10 fold dilution in PBS containing 1% BSA. A 0.5 mL vial will provide enough reagent for 250 tests. Activity of the product is maintained for at least one year when stored at 20°C.

5500 FITC:Monoclonal anti-Human TdT Reagents

A set of solutions used for indirect immunofluorescence procedure that allows for illumination of TdT⁺ cells by combined fluorescence and phase-contrast microscopy. All immunological reagents in the set are provided in ready-to-use form (including a negative control). The reagents are shipped at ambient temperature but can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. The reagents are stable for at least 6 months.
